Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States, but depending on your location and carrier availability.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the nature of your order. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.


Age-Restricted Deliveries

Certain products on our website are restricted to customers aged 18 or 21 and over (depending on local law).
To comply with federal and state regulations, the following conditions apply:

    At checkout, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement for purchasing restricted items.

  2. Verification Upon Delivery:

    The package cannot be left unattended or released to anyone under the legal age.

  3. Failed Delivery Attempts:
    If you are unavailable or cannot provide proof of age at delivery, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

    We reserve the right to cancel or delay shipments if age verification cannot be completed, or if the order violates state or local laws.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or outside the United States.
Some states or localities may restrict the delivery of age-restricted items. We comply with all applicable shipping laws and reserve the right to refuse shipment to restricted areas.
